Davíd Lockard

Davíd Lockard is a Jerusalem-based designer and pedagogy developer with a background in art and news journalism. He gained his BFA from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, and his masters degree from New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program (2017), where he also served as a researcher developing projects on learning, play and technology. He worked for several years creating teacher-oriented programs for the Jerusalem public school system, and currently manages the technical workshop at Musrara College of Art and Society, where he teaches creative coding and craft. He is part of the Bet Hagat Center for Inter-Faith Dialogue in Ein Karem, and recently exhibited learning and technology projects at the Bezalel Teaching Development Center and at the Bauhaus Institute in Dessau.
